Darth Maul
Darth Maul serves as one of the main villains in Episode 1 and he also plays a sizable role in The Clone Wars and Rebels TV shows. He was the very first apprentice of Darth Sidious and was someone that was deadly with a lightsaber in his hands. He was known for his red and black skin, along with his horns. Maul was an excellent fighter who used a dual-wielded lightsaber to take out his enemies.
Maul was played by Ray Park in Episode 1 and he was voiced by Peter Serafinowicz in the same film. In The Clone Wars and Rebels TV shows, the character is voiced by Sam Witwer.
Darth Sidious aka Emperor Palpatine
Darth Sidious is better known as Emperor Palpatine. He serves as the main villain for most of the films in the ‘Skywalker Saga’. Palpatine served as the Emperor of the Galactic Empire but was a Sith Lord behind closed doors.
Sidious was played by Ian McDiarmid and he appears in all three of the trilogies (original, prequel, and sequel).
Darth Tyranus aka Count Dooku
Darth Tyranus is better known as Count Dooku. Dooku was a Jedi master who was trained by Yoda. He also was responsible for training Qui-Gon Jinn when he was a Padawan. Dooku eventually left the Jedi Order and turned to the dark side. He became the second protégé of Darth Sidious after Maul.
Dooku was played by Sir Christopher Lee in Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith. You likely recognize Lee from his role as Saruman in the Lord of the Rings trilogy.
Darth Vader aka Anakin Skywalker
Darth Vader serves as one of the main villains for the original trilogy. Vader is an iconic character and a pop culture phenomenon. Vader was originally a hero named Anakin Skywalker. He eventually was turned to the dark side by Darth Sidious. It turned out that Vader was actually the father of Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia Organa.
Vader was played by David Prowse and voiced by James Earl Jones in the original trilogy. Sebastian Shaw played the role of the unmasked Vader in Return of the Jedi. The character of young Anakin Skywalker was played by Jake Lloyd in The Phantom Menace. Hayden Christensen played the young adult version in Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith.

Here are some of the other Sith that we didn’t include in our quiz but you might have heard them by name.
Darth Bane
Darth Bane is best known for being the creator of the ‘Rule of Two’. This means that at anytime, there can only be two Sith. One of them is the master and the other one is the apprentice. Bane was featured in the episode of The Clone Wars TV show, called ‘Sacrifice’ (season 6, episode 13).
Darth Zannah
Darth Zannah is only known for being the apprentice of Darth Bane. Zannah is mentioned by name in the ‘Sacrifice’ episode of The Clone Wars.
Darth Plagueis
Darth Plagueis is known for being the Sith Master of Darth Sidious. He is also referred to as “Darth Plagueis the Wise” and Emperor Palpatine tells Anakin Skywalker about him during Revenge of the Sith. Palpatine ended up murdering Plagueis after he taught him everything that he knew.
